Our new recipe blog for 2013

I wanted to create a recipe book that included some of our favorite recipes and new ones that we have tried this year. Some of these recipes have been handed down through the generations and some I have gotten from others.  However, the main purpose of this blog is to become educated on the types of food we put in our mouth.  Not only are calories important, but the ingredients that are included in foods are just important.  So many times we are at a loss of what we should put in our mouth, but with a place to go for answers it is easier to make good choices.
